John Mitchell

John has a Management degree from the University of Western Australia, an MBA from Curtin University and is currently studying for a doctorate in business (DBA). John has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 10 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in developing and transforming companies at all levels. John has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) for over 10 years.

Bruce during his work over many years has vast experience as a Senior Manager throughout Australia having held Management positions in both in the Commercial and Government sectors. These include Regional Human Resource Manager, State Manager, Corporate Services Manager Operations Manager and Business Recruitment Manager.The industries include Retail , BHP Mining, Aboriginal Land Councils, Government Employment Agencies and the Disability Sector.

PR and Marketing Manager
Tanya McDonald

Tanya is Westcare’s PR Marketing Manager.Her work over 17 years in Marketing has encompassed all facets of marketing and communications including strategic planning, corporate and internal communications, promotions, advertising and brand management.At Westcare, Tanya leads the marketing department developing concepts and proposals for marketing, PR and fundraising opportunities within the organisation. Tanya’s professional qualifications in Marketing provide her with a unique view of the marketing environment and this has helped her in designing specific fundraising and marketing programs around the not for profit and commercial business sector.

Print Manager
Andrew Larter

Andrew is Westcare’s Print Manager who brings over 20 years experience in the print industry to Westcare’s print division.Andrew has worked in many areas of the print industry from pre-press to print management. For 7 years he ran a successful digital print operation in London, UK and prior to coming to Australia worked for the UK’s largest print purchaser (2nd largest in Europe)At Westcare, Andrew leads the print division team that encompasses the whole print production process from artwork to despatch.Andrew brings a background in commercial print to the not for profit arena and can call on his qualifications in business and graphic communications to assist Westcares’ customers in developing and realising their products.
