Mrs Sue Morey OAM FRCNA Vice President
Sue Morey is Coordinator of Lung Transplant and Cystic Fibrosis in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. She is also Vice President of the Cystic Fibrosis Association and member of the Australian Lung Foundation and Keogh Institute. Recipient of the Olive Anstey Nurse of the year Award in 2003, Sue was awarded the Companion of the Order of Australia in the 2004 Honour’s list. |

Mr Irvin Phillips BEd DipEd Admin THC
Irvin Phillips has a distinguished career in special education, having served thirty three years as an education support school principal. During this time he was initially in charge of Kellerberrin Special School and for the remainder of his career with disabled children, was Principal of Kensington Secondary School for 30 years. Over that period he participated in many initiatives and developments in the disability education field. |

Prof Phil Thompson
Professor Phil Thompson is Director at the Lung Institute of Western Australia and is also a Consultant/ Respiratory Physician at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Professor Thompson’s research has made a significant contribution to the understanding of airway inflammation in lung disease, particularly in asthma. |

Mr Richard V. Howell FCA (Aust)
Richard joined the Board of Westcare Incorporated in 1989 and was President
from 1996 to 1998. Richard was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1955 being made a fellow in 1961. Richard was formerly a Senior Partner in Touche Ross Australia, practising Audit, Tax Law and Management Accounting. A Councillor of the State Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accounts for 4 years and a member of the Board of Royal Perth Hospital for 4 years. |

Mrs Ann Witt MBA (Executive) CPA B.Bus
Ann Witt is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Craigcare Group, and has
predominantly worked in the aged and community care service industries for over 23 years (including 13 years in not-for-profit organisations). Ann has held senior and executive management positions for the past 14 years and brings with her a broad knowledge and experience in areas such as strategy, finance, accounting, internal audit & risk management, business planning, IT, project management and business analysis. |

Russell Barnett has over 20 years experience in managing and investing in innovative commercial projects throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Russell is a partner with Australian Venture Consultants (AVC). Established in 2002, AVC is a solution driven management consulting practice focused on creating successful commercial outcomes for innovative projects, companies and institutions. AVC’s clients include some of the world’s largest corporations, leading higher education and research institutions, venture capital fund managers, start-up and spin-out companies and government agencies.Russell is also Chairman of GB Energy Limited, a director of Scanalyse Pty Ltd, member of Murdoch University Senate, council member of St Catherine’s College and an adjunct associate professor with the University of Western Australia Business School.Russell has a bachelor of commerce degree, graduate certificate in mineral economics and masters of business administration. |
