Chief Executive Officer
Bev Jefferies
Bev joins Westcare from Unisys where she previously held the position of Account Director leading a senior management team in business development and marketing.
Bev is an internationally experienced executive who brings to Westcare strong leadership and financial skills.
Bev will play a leading part in developing Westcare’s future strategic growth and development.
Finance Manager
Peter Duxbury
Peter’s role of Manager Finance assumes direct responsibility for the financial and accounting functions of Westcare Incorporated inclusive of financial management reporting to the Board of Directors, all financial statutory reporting together with the interpretation of operating results and development of accounting policies and practices.
Peter has over 25 years experience in management roles during which he has assumed responsibilities for both financial and management accounting and risk management functions. These roles were undertaken at the Fremantle Port Authority and more recently at GreyhoundsWA where he occupied the positions of Manager Business & Finance and finally, CEO.
With nearly 15 years experience within the Not for Profit sector Peter holds Fellow status in the National Institute of Accountants, Associate Fellowship with the Australian Institute of Management and has Diploma level qualification in Public Administration.

Darrell Andrews
Darrell Andrews has worked in the field of disability for 15 years in areas and including accommodation, respite care, recreation and employment.
Darrell has worked in disability employment for 10 years and is passionate about community partnerships, assisting people with disabilities to optimise their income through employment, access to Vocational Education and Training and meaningful employment outcomes.
Human Resources Manager
Bruce Bowe
Bruce during his work over many years has vast experience as a Senior Manager throughout Australia having held Management positions in both in the Commercial and Government sectors. These include Regional Human Resource Manager, State Manager, Corporate Services Manager Operations Manager and Business Recruitment Manager.
The industries include Retail , BHP Mining, Aboriginal Land Councils, Government Employment Agencies and over the past 4 years in the Disability Sector.
Bruce has qualifications in Business Management , Quality Assurance Managing Systems Auditing Techniques and Personnel Management which have helped him introduce a professional Human Resources division throughout our organisation.
PR and Marketing Manager
Tanya McDonald
Tanya is Westcare’s PR Marketing Manager.
Her work over 15 years in Marketing has encompassed all facets of marketing and communications including strategic planning, corporate and internal communications, promotions, advertising and brand management.
At Westcare, Tanya leads the marketing department developing concepts and proposals for marketing, PR and fundraising opportunities within the organisation.
Tanya’s professional qualifications in Marketing provide her with a unique view of the marketing environment and this has helped her in designing specific fundraising and marketing programs around the not for profit sector.
Print Manager
Andrew Larter
Andrew is Westcare’s Print Manager who brings over 20 years experience in the print industry to Westcare’s print division.
Andrew has worked in many areas of the print industry from pre-press to print management. For 7 years he ran a successful digital print operation in London, UK and prior to coming to Australia worked for the UK’s largest print purchaser (2nd largest in Europe)
At Westcare, Andrew leads the print division team that encompasses the whole print production process from artwork to despatch.
Andrew brings a background in commercial print to the not for profit arena and can call on his qualifications in business and graphic communications to assist Westcares’ customers in developing and realising their products.
